Nine times he went to the Tour School to try to go to the European Tour. On the Tour School in 2012 , he finally managed to get a players card for 2013. A keen follower of the stock market, Jensen received a late call-up to the 2015 Omega European Masters, arriving on the Wednesday evening, walking the course in near darkness then shooting a 64 in the first round to lie second, eventually finishing T-31st.
Will hope to retain his European Tour card for the first time in 2016 after winning it back at the Qualifying School Final Stage. Also came through the six-round event at PGA Catalunya the previous year, having just missed out on graduating from the Challenge Tour Rankings despite finishing second in Kenya and third in the Rolex Trophy.
He played full time on the Challenge Tour between 2007 and 2014, his best season was 2014 when he finished 21st in the Road to Oman series. He has never won, was runner-up twice on the Challenge Tour, 2nd at the 2012 and 2014 Barclays Kenya Open.
Played full-time on the European Tour in 2013 in 20 starts only made 8 cuts and was 171st in the Race to Dubai. Returned to the European Tour in 2015 but in 21 starts only made 13 cuts and 144th in the Race to Dubai.
2016 Notes: Had his career best 2nd at the Nordea Masters, he was 3 shots back of winner Matthew Fitzpatrick.
