His best finish was 3rd at the 2005 International, he was 13 points back of winner Retief Goosen. 2005 was also his best year on tour, in 23 starts made 13 cuts with five, top-ten finishes. He was 61st on the money list winning $1,271,061. He finished one other year in the top-125, was 99th with winnings of $650,019. In his 229 PGA Tour events, he earned $3,727,340. He played on the Koren Ferry Tour between 1993 and 1998, then again between 2008 and 2011. In 274 starts made 157 cuts with 26 top-ten finishes. Won twice at the 1995 Inland Empire Open and 1997 Mississippi Gulf Coast Open. In his 274 events, he earned $725,738.
Beginning in 2013 has played part-time on the Champions Tour, has played in 24 events his best finish is T-19th at 2013 3M Championship and 2017 Tucson Conquistadores.
Currently, Jeff spends most of his time focusing on his teaching. He takes great pride in the development of his Professional students, juniors, and amateurs of all levels. Jeff recently relocated from Los Altos, CA to the Park City, Utah area with his wife Hilary. While in-person instruction in Park City is TBA, online lessons are available any time. Jeff periodically travels back to the Bay Area and the San Jose Golf Complex for lessons.
