Lauren Coughlin

Coughlin started playing golf at the age of 7 and graduated from Virginia in 2016 with an undergraduate degree in psychology.
2017 Notes: Played twice on the LPGA Tour, missing the cut at the VOA Texas Shootout and Kingsmill Championship. Made cut in 8-of-13 starts on the Symetra Tour; posted three top-25 finishes. Finished T-7th at the 2017 LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament
2018 Notes: Played in 18 LPGA Tour events, making four cuts. Best finish T-50th at the Kingsmill Championship. She was 154th on the money list with earnings of $12,625. Finished T-39th in the inaugural LPGA Q-Series. Played in four Symetra Tour events and won the PHC Classic.
2019 Notes: Played just once on the LPGA Tour, missing the cut at the LPGA Lotte Championship. Played in 20 Symetra Tour events, making 18 cuts with four top-ten finishes. Best was T-2nd at the SkyIGolf Championship. She shot 66 in the final round to get into a three-way playoff but lost to Alana Uriell in the first hole of the playoff. She was also T-3rd at the Danielle Downey Credit Union Classic. Finished 15th on the money list with earnings of $61,642.
2020 Notes: Played in five LPGA Tour events, making two cuts. Best finish T-34th at the LPGA Drive On Championship Reynolds Lake Oconee. On the Symetra Tour, played in 8 events with four top-ten finishes. Was T-3rd at the Florida Natural Charity Classic and 3rd at the Carolina Golf Classic. She was 12th on the money list with earnings of $32,439.
2021 Notes: Played in 14 LPGA Tour events, making nine cuts. She was 97th on the CME Points list and 106th on the money list, with earnings of $116,113. Played in five Symetra Tour events, making five cuts and two top-ten finishes. Her best finish was T-6th at the Carlisle Arizona Women's Golf Classic; she was 59th on the money list with earnings of $19,646.
2022 Notes: Played in 23 LPGA Tour events, making 13 cuts with one top-ten finish. She was 76th on the money list with $299,990 in earnings and was 78th in CME Points. Best finish T-12th at the ShopRite LPGA Classic and T-8th at the LPGA MEDIHEAL Championship.
2023 Notes: Played in 23 LPGA Tour events, making 15 cuts with two top-ten finishes. She was 66th on the CME Points list and 69th on the money list, with earnings of $427,256. She finished T-6th at the CPKC Women's Open, four shots back of the Megan Khang/Jin Young Ko playoff. She was T-10th at the BMW Ladies Championship.
2024 Notes: Played in 25 LPGA Tour events, making 19 cuts with eight top-ten finishes. She was 8th on the CME Points list and 10th on the money list, with earnings of $2,062,822. Shot a final round 64 to finish T-8th at the Ford Championship. Shot a first-round 66 to lead the Chevron Championship, went on to finish T-3rd, three shots back of the winner, Kelly Korda. She finished T-9th at the ShopRite Classic and 4th at the Amundi Evian Championship, four shots back of winner Ayaka Furue. She got her first LPGA victory at the CPKC Women's Open, beating Mao Saigo by two shots. Coughlin won the ISPS Handa Women's Scottish Open by four shots over Esther Henseleit, her second win this year. In the season-ending CME Group Tour Championship was T-52nd.
2025 Notes: She was runner-up in the T-Mobile Match Play, losing in the final to Madelene Sagstrom, 1 up. She was T-3rd in her next start at the JM Eagle LA Championship, finishing two back of the winner, Ingrid Lindblad. She was tied for the final round lead and shot 70 Sunday to fall back. Was T-10th at the ISPS HANDA Women's Scottish Open.
