Lauren Hartlage

Hartlage played golf at Elizabethtown High School under coach Kim, her mother, who played college golf at Western Kentucky University. Between 2013 and 2015, she was a three-time Kentucky Golf Coaches Association Region Player of the Year and was recognized as the Kentucky Golf Foundation's 2015 Kentucky Junior Player of the Year.
She attended the University of Louisville between 2016 and 2020, majoring in finance. Playing with the Louisville Cardinals women's golf team, she won two tournaments and was named Atlantic Coast Conference Freshman of the Year.
Hartlage participated in the inaugural Augusta National Women's Amateur, finishing T-31st, and reached match play at the 2018 British Womans Amateur (lost to Celina Rosa Sattelkau 1 up in the round of 16) and the 2019 U.S. Women's Amateur (lost to Kenzie Wright 20 holes in the round of 32).
She represented the United States at the 2021 Arnold Palmer Cup, beating Ingrid Lindblad, 1 up, in the final Sunday singles match to cement the U.S. victory. Hartlage turned professional in August 2021. She finished 2nd at the 2021 Delta Downs Invitational on the Women's All Pro Tour before finishing T-26th at Q-Series to earn an LPGA Tour membership for 2022.
2022 Notes: Played in 16 LPGA Tour events, making six cuts with one top-ten finish. She was 130th on the money list with $71,944 in earnings and was 143rd in CME points. Best finish T-10th at the Dow Great Lake Bay Invitational with partner Brooke Matthews. Best finish in an individual event: T-36th at the Amazingcre Portland Classic. She had to regain her tour card and finished T-9th in the LPGA Q-Series.
2023 Notes: Played in 22 LPGA Tour events, making 11 cuts with one top-ten finish. She was 114th on the money list with $139,919 in earnings and was 111th in CME points. Best finish, T-6th at the LOTTE Championship. She had to regain her tour card and finished 16th in the LPGA Q-Series.
2024 Notes: At the KPMG Women's PGA Championship, she was T-2nd, two shots back going into the final round. Shot 74 on Sunday to finish T-5th, four shots back of the winner, Amy Yang. The good news is that it was her first top-five LPGA Tour finish. After missing the cut at the Women's Scottish Open, she shot 70 at Crail to earn a spot in the AIG Women's Championship.
