Min Lee

Started playing golf at age 12 when her father introduced her to the game.
She qualified for the 2012 Sime Darby LPGA Malaysia, was runner-up at 2012 China Amateur Golf Tour at Qingdao and won both the 2012 China Amateur Golf Tour at Chongqing and 2012 China Amateur Golf Tour at Qinhuangdao.
She is a graduate of the Annika Academy in Reunion, Fla., and Charlotta Sorenstam served as her caddie for a time in 2014. Later in 2014, former LPGA player Meaghan Francella began carrying her bag. Known for her lively and cheerful personality, she is interested in learning new activities like painting, piano and Tchoukball. If she wasn't a professional golfer, she would be a pianist. Enjoys watching TV dramas and listening to music. Her mother quit her job when Lee earned Symetra membership so she could travel with her on tour.
2014 Notes: As a rookie on the Symetra Tour, she won the Garden City Charity Classic in Kansas and finished 5th on the final money list to gain her LPGA card for 2015. Her caddie was Meagan Francella, the former LPGA Tour winner who retired as a player in 2013. With Francella on her bag, Lee finished 2nd at the Fuccillo Kia Championship and Sadena Parks tied the course record with a 62 on the final day. One month later, she began a push toward the LPGA Tour, finishing 2nd at the Credit Union Challenge, winning at the Garden City, and recording a 7th-place finish at the Symetra Tour Championship.
2015 Notes: Played in 26 events making 21 cuts, she was 68th on the money list and 72nd in CME points in her rookie year on Tour. Best finish was T-12th at the U.S. Women?s Open.
2016 Notes: Best finish T-20th at LPGA Volvik Championship.
