Becky Morgan

She is the second reserve after shooting 71 in AIG Qualifying at Panmure.

Started playing golf at the age of 12. Credits her parents, grandparents, and coach Renton Doig as the individuals most influencing her career. While growing up in Wales, represented the Welsh Junior and Under-21 teams and also captured the 1991-92 Welsh School Championship titles. Was a member of Great Britain and Ireland Curtis Cup Teams in 1998 and 2000, and was runner-up in 1996 and a semifinalist in 1997 in the Ladies British Amateur. While at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, won 10 collegiate tournaments, including three Big South Conference Championships from 1995-97. Named Second-Team All-American in 1997 and finished 10th at the NCAA Championship the same year. Added runner-up finishes at the Welsh Amateur Championship from 1998-99 and finished second at the South Atlantic Amateur Championship in 2000.
In 2000, turned professional in August and qualified for the Tour by tying for 14th at the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament to earn non-exempt status for the 2001 LPGA season.
In 2001, posted a tie for seventh at the Longs Drugs Challenge, her LPGA professional debut. Finished second to Hee-Won Han for Louise Suggs Rolex Rookie of the Year honors. Competed in eight events on the Ladies European Tour and never finished lower than 17th.
In 2002, best finish was a tie for seventh at the ShopRite LPGA Classic. Also competed in four events on the Ladies European Tour, where she posted two top-10 finishes.
In 2003, finished second at the ShopRite LPGA Classic, the best finish of her career.
In 2004, best finish was a tie for second at the Chick-fil-A Charity Championship. Finished third at the Sybase Classic and crossed the $1 million mark in career earnings at the Evian Masters.
In 2005, best finish was a T-7 at the Wegmans Rochester LPGA.
In 2006, best finish was a T-5 fifth at the Corona Morelia Championship.
In 2007, best finish was a T-7 at the Michelob ULTRA Open at Kingsmill.
In 2008, best finish was a T-6 at the LPGA Corning Classic.
In 2009, best finish was ninth place at the P&G Beauty NW� Arkansas Championship.
In 2010, finished T-11 at the CN Canadian Women's Open. On the LET played in 12 events and posted a season-best tie for 10th at the Hero Honda Indian Women's Open. Finished 61st on the money list.
In 2011, best finish was a T-11 at the Navistar LPGA Classic. T-16 at the CN Canadian Women's Open. On the LET played in 14 tournaments and recorded three top-5 finishes: 3rd at the UniCredit Ladies German Open, 3rd at the Hero Women's Indian Open, and tied for 4th at the Omega Dubai Ladies Masters. Finished 24th on the money list.
In 2012 on the LPGA played 19 events, 14 cuts made, $111,725 (74). The season-best finish was T-20th at the Mobile Bay LPGA Classic. On the LET played 10 events, made 9 cuts, with a season-best T-8th at the Aberdeen Asset Management Ladies Scottish Open.
2013 Notes: Played in 19 events on the LPGA making 10 cuts. Best finish was T-25th at the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship. Was 96th on the money list with $64,593. Played in 9 LET events and her best finish was T-16th at the ISPS HANDA Ladies European Masters.
2014 Notes: Played in 18 LPGA events making 11 cuts. Best finish T-23rd at the ShopRite LPGA Classic, she was 102nd on the money list with $68,760. Played in 6 LET tournaments and had her best performances at the Handa Ladies European Masters and at the Hero Women's Indian Open, finishing T24 at both events.
2015 Notes: Played in 14 LPGA events making 5 cuts. Best finish T-33rd at the Meijer LPGA Classic. Was 120th on the money list with $38,997. Played in 6 LET tournaments and finished inside the top-15 in 4 of them. Her best finish of the season came at the Hero Women's Indian Open where she finished T-2nd. She finished the season 27th on the Order of Merit, winning 58,132.
2016 Notes: Played in 10 LET tournaments and secured 3 top-10 finishes. Best finish of the season came at the Aberdeen Asset Management Ladies Scottish Open where she finished in T-3rd. Was 15th in the order of merit with euro 83,684. On the LPGA Tour played in 14 events making 10 cuts. Best finish was T-16th at the Meijer LPGA Classic. She was 102nd on the money list with $82,459 and 100th in CME points.
2017 Notes: Played in 19 LPGA events making five cuts. Best finish was T-16th at the Lotte Championship, she finished 124th on the money list. On the LET played in 6 events, best finish T-25th at the Hero Women's Indian Open, was 76th on the money list with euro15,328.
2018 Notes: Played in 13 LPGA Tour events making three cuts. Best finish T-55th at the Meijer LPGA Classic. In 5 LET starts Becky broke into the winner's circle with a two-shot victory in the Hero Women's Indian Open at DLF Golf and Country Club
2019 Notes: Missed the cut in five LPGA starts. In 15 LET events made ten cuts. Her best result was T-14th in the Australian Ladies Classic - Bonville.
2020 News: In 8 LET events made eight cuts, had three consecutive top-15s at the Tipsport Czech Ladies Open (T-13th), the VP Bank Swiss Ladies Open (T-11th), and the Lacoste Ladies Open De France (T-10th) on her way to finishing 35th on the Race to Costa del Sol.
2021 Notes: Best finish of the year, T-11th at the Tipsport Czech Ladies Open.
