Placed fifth in the 2012 NCAA Championship, which is the best ever by a Gamecock at a national tournament. 2012 Second Team All-SEC and 2012 Capital One Academic All-District 4 At-Large Team. 2012, 2011, 2010 Team MVP and 2011 and 2010 SEC Academic Honor Roll. 2010 All-SEC Second Team and 2010 Golfweek All-American. 2010 NCAA East Regional champion, and she played in the 2009 U.S. Women's Amateur Public Links Championship, making it to the round of 16. Her 74.18 scoring average is the lowest in the program's history. Never missed an event in four years at the University of South Carolina. Holds the record for lowest 9-hole and 18-hole scores at her high school. Captured the 2008 Georgia AAAA state tournament title. Her favorite golfer is Annika Sorenstam, and her favorite meals are made by her mother and grandmother. An interesting fact about Burnett is that she loves to travel and will go any place if there is a woman's tournament.
2013 Notes: Split her time between the LPGA and Ladies European Tour. On the LET, played in nine events and had three top 10s. Best finish was T-2nd in the South African Women's Open. 2016 Notes: Played in six LET events with a best finish of T-5th in the RACV Ladies Masters. She was the 36-hole leader in the Ladies European Masters, and was one stroke off the lead entering the final round, but shot a 78 Sunday to fall to T-20th. Finished 42nd on the Order of Merit with ?36,971. Played in 24 LPGA events and made 15 cuts. Had one top 10, a career best T-2nd in the LPGA Lotte Championship. Was 73rd on the money list with $233,712.
2017 Notes: Missed the cut in her only LET start at the Oates Victorian Open. On the LPGA Tour, her best finish was in her first event of the year, a T-16th in the Pure Silk-Bahamas LPGA.
