Mallory Blackwelder

Started playing golf at the age of 11 and enjoyed a successful amateur career, winning the 2007 Women's Western Amateur Championship and finishing runner-up at the Trans-National Amateur Championship the same year. Is part of the first mother-daughter pair to be members of the LPGA Tour. Her mother, Myra Blackwelder, played from 1980-97 and was the 1980 LPGA Rookie of the Year. Her father, Worth Blackwelder is a professional caddie and not only was on Myra's bag but also caddied for Mallory along with Chi Chi Rodriguez on the PGA Tour and LPGA players Cristie Kerr, Juli Inkster, Patty Sheehan, Beth Daniel and Dottie Pepper.
Is a two-time collegiate winner, once while playing for the University of Kentucky (2009) and once while playing for the University of Florida (2005).
She was 3rd on the Golf Channel?s Big Break Ireland and 3rd on Big Break NFL. She met and got engaged to Big Break castmate Julien Trudeau in 2013 and were married in September 2014. The two met on Big Break Ireland. They walked into their wedding reception to the Big Break theme song. Trudeau has caddied for Graham DeLaet on the PGA Tour.
She was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in 2012.
In 2010, played on the LPGA Tour and the Ladies European Tour in 2010. Also played on the Symetera Tour in 2010 and 2011.
2013 Notes: She was 95th on the Symetra Tour money list.
2014 Notes: She was 10th on the Symetra Tour money list to earn her LPGA card for 2015. She won the Symetra Classic and was second at the Prairie Band Casino & Hotel Charity Classic.
In 2015 only has made one cut in 12 starts, 72nd at the Handa Women's Australian Open.
