Kevin Streelman

Streelman was born in Winfield, Illinois. The graduate of Wheaton Warrenville South High School in 1997 went to Duke. Upon graduating in 2001, he drove his mother's Nissan Altima to South Dakota for the 2001 Dakotas Tour. Burned out three cars while logging more than 300,000 miles crisscrossing the country on various tours. Earned his card on his first trip to the Q-School finals with a T-14th finish at the 2007 Qualifying Tournament. Only had two career starts on the Web.com Tour, but won three times on the Gateway Tour, and once on the NGA Hooters Tour in 2007. Reached the 12-man finals of The Ultimate Game in Las Vegas in 2007. Owns course-record 60 at Carmel (California) Valley Ranch, breaking the mark of 63 set by Bobby Clampett and Mark Brooks. Until his 2013 Tampa Bay Championship victory, the highlight of three years on the PGA Tour was a T-3rd at the 2010 Barclays that lifted him to a 25th-place finish in the FedExCup standings.
2011 Notes: Made 19 of 26 cuts, with four top-10s and nine top-25s, finishing 72nd in both FedExCup points and earnings. Best finishes were T-6th at the Travelers Championship and McGladrey Classic.
2012 Notes: Made 18 of 26 cuts, with three top-10s and seven top-25s, finishing 112th in the FedExCup standings and 107th on the money list. Best finish was T-8th at the John Deere Classic.
2013 Notes: Won the Tampa Bay Championship with weekend rounds of 65-67 to earn an invitation to the Masters. Missed the cut at Augusta National, but finished T-3rd at the RBC Heritage, T-6th at the Wells Fargo Championship, and T-2nd at the Players Championship. Made it through all four FedExCup Playoff events for the second time in his career (other time was 2010). Finished 25th in points and 17th on the money list. Was T-8th at the ISPS Handa World Cup as an individual and teamed with Matt Kuchar on the U.S. team to finish 2nd at Royal Melbourne in late November.
2014 Notes: Started year strong with a T-3rd finish at the Hyundai Tournament of Champions. The result was his fifth career 3rd-place effort, and it came a week after the birth of his first child, Sophia. Since then, no top-10s, but finished T-14th at the Wells Fargo. After that, missed four cuts in a row, then won the Travelers Championship in dramatic fashion, birdieing the final seven holes for a PGA Tour record. Earned his second career PGA Tour victory at age 35 years, 7 months, 18 days in his 187th career Tour start. Played in three FedExCup Playoff events, finishing 44th in the FedExCup rankings and 40th on the money list.
2015 Notes: Jumped out to a good start when he shot 63-65 on the weekend at the Shriners Hospitals to finish 2nd, two shots behind winner Ben Martin. Finished T-12th at the Masters and T-9th at the Wells Fargo Championship. Ended the year 75th in the FedExCup standings and 67th on the money list.
2016 Notes: Played in 26 PGA Tour events making 15 cuts with 2, top-tens. Finished T-11th in the CareerBuilder Challenge. The next week, shot 74 in the wind-blown final round of the Farmers Insurance Open to finish 3rd. Finished T-8th at the Memorial. Was 59th in the FedExCup race and was 64th on the money list.
Was elected Co-Chairman of the PGA Tour Player Advisory Council along with Charley Hoffman for the rest of the year. Streelman will also serve as a Player Director from 2017 through 2019.
2017 Notes: Played in 26 PGA Tour events making 19 cuts with 2 top-ten finishes. Bounced back after a 2-over 73 in round two of the OHL Classic at Mayakoba in November with weekend scores of 64-65 to finish T-4th. Added another top-ten with a T-8th at the Travelers Championship. Finished the season 86th in the FedExCup standings. It marked the 10th straight season he advanced to the FedExCup Playoffs.
2018 Notes: Played in 27 PGA Tour events making 20 cuts with five top-ten finishes. Was 77th in the final FedExCup standings. His best finish was 6th at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, 4 shots back of winner Ted Potter, Jr. Also, T-7th at the RBC Heritage and John Deere Classic.
2019 Notes: Played in 26 PGA Tour events making 16 cuts with four top-ten finishes. Was 75th in the FedExCup standings. Shot 65 in the final round of the AT&T Pebble Beach to finish T-7th. Shot a final-round 64 at the Valero Texas Open to finish 6th. Was T-6th at the RBC Heritage, 3 shots back of winner C.T. Pan. Shot a final-round 66 to finish 4th. Was also 4th at the Memorial, six shots back of winner Patrick Cantlay. In the FedExCup playoffs missed the cut at the Northern Trust.
2020 Notes: Played in 23 PGA Tour events making 13 cuts with four top-ten finishes. Was 32nd on the FedExCup points list. At the Sanderson Farms Championship shot a final round 64 to finish T-4th, four shots back of winner Sebastian Munoz. Was 2nd at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-am, four shots back of winner Nick Taylor. Won the Pebble pro-am portion of the competition with Larry Fitzgerald by five shots with a 33-under. It was their 2nd win as a team (2018) and they became the 4th pair with multiple victories. After the break was 2nd at the Travelers Championship, a shot back of winner Dustin Johnson. Was T-7th at Workday Charity Open. In the FedExCup playoffs was T-61st at the Northern Trust and T-51st at the BMW Championship.
2021 Notes: Played in 30 PGA Tour events making 21 cuts with four top-ten finishes. In the final FedExCup rankings was 64th. At the season-opening Safeway Open shot a first-round 72 and was T-98th. After rounds of 66-65-67 finished T-3rd, three shots back of winner Stewart Cink. Finished T-9th at the WGC - Dell Match Play Championship, he won his pod which included Viktor Hovland, Abraham Ancer, and Bernd Wiesberger but lost in the round of 16 to Billy Horschel 3 & 1. Finished T-8th at the PGA Championship despite a final round 75. Was T-7th at the Wyndham Championship a shot from the seven way playoff won by Kevin Kisner. In the FedExCup playoffs was T-64th at the Northern Trust and T-52nd at the BMW Championship.
2022 Notes: Shot 66-66 over the weekend to finish T-7th at the Valspar Championship, five shots back of the Sam Burns/Davis Riley playoff.
