Brice Garnett

His father introduced him to the game at age 4. As a youngster played golf with eight friends every day during the summer. Brice Garnett enjoyed success playing golf in high school and college. Garnett helped Gallatin High School win three Missouri state team championships. After attending Missouri Western State University, where he was a three-time NCAA Division II All-American, Garnett turned pro in 2006. Graduated Cum Laude in Business Finance, 2006.
After graduation, went on the play professionally on the Adams Golf Pro Tour Series. After the first five years on the tour, compiled an impressive 56 of 61 cuts made, finishing inside the top 20 on the money list each year, and inside the top 10 three of the five years. Finished top five in 15 of the 56 cuts made. Was named Adams Tour Rookie of the Year in 2006, in only 10 events, and won his first professional event on Adams Tour at Mary Bird Perkins Merrill Lynch Open in Baton Rouge, La., in 2010. Won the 2011 eGolf Tour Irish Creek event, 2011 eGolf Tour River Hills event. Played way through 2009 PGA Qualifying School finishing 78th at Final Stage receiving Web.Com Tour status.

Eventually missed the cut at The Olympic Club in his first career major championship start, which was also his first career PGA TOUR appearance.

2014 Notes: In his rookie year on the PGA Tour played in 28 events making 20 cuts. Was able to make it into the FedExCup playoffs, missing the cut at the Barclays. Had one top-ten finish, T-7th at the Shell Houston Open. He ended the year 121st in the FedExCup race and 132nd on the money list.
2015 Notes: In 29 starts only made 12 cuts. Best finish was 6th at the OHL Classic at Mayakoba. He wasn't able to keep his tour card finishing 140th in the FedExCup race and 141st on the money list. Played in the Web.Com Tour playoffs, best finish was T-35th at the Hotel Fitness Championship and Nationwide Children's. Wasn't able to keep a full PGA Tour card but will have limited privileges in 2016.
2016 Notes: Played in 15 PGA Tour events making the cut in 7 with two top-tens, 9th at the Sanderson Farms Championship and 7th the next week at the OHL Classic at Mayakoba. Finished 177th in the FedExCup standings and 161st on the money list. Played in six events on the Web.Com Tour and only made 3 cuts, best finish T-29th Nationwide Children's. Forced to Web.Com Tour Q-School he got his tour card for 2017 with a T-19th finish.
2017 Web.Com Tour Summary: Tournaments entered - 24; in money - 14; top-10 finishes - 5; scoring average 69.55 (ranked 10th); money $368,761 (ranked 1st) Finals money $26,451 (finals rank 48th), Priority rank 2nd; Best finish, winner Utah Championship, WinCo Foods Portland Open. With his high finish on the money list, got his PGA Tour card for 2018.
2018 Notes: Following a career-low, 9-under 63 in round one that gave him a one-stroke lead, followed with scores of 68-69-70ââ?¬â?270 (-18) to win the inaugural Corales Puntacana Resort & Club Championship in wire-to-wire fashion. Claimed his first career PGA Tour victory in his 88th start at the age of 34 years, 6 months, 19 days. Teamed with Chesson Hadley to lead at 22-under during the final round of the Zurich Classic of New Orleans, but played the back nine in 3-over to finish T-4th. The partnership with Hadley was made up of the top two finishers on the combined 2017 Web.com Tour Regular Season and Finals money list.
