He was a runner-up in the Portugal Nations Cup in 2007 and, this year, played for Europe in the Bonallack Trophy match against Asia-Pacific.
In 2014 he ended a fine campaign in style by winning the Dubai Festival City Challenge Tour Grand Final hosted by Al Badia Golf Club, his third title of the season, which made him the first player to achieve that feat in two different seasons on the developmental tour. With six Challenge Tour titles, he is now the third most successful player in the second tiers history.

It was Hebert's second playoff loss of the year, he was beaten on the first playoff hole to lose to Mikko Korhonen at the Volvo China Open.
