Ishii Foundation, which sponsors the Hawaii State High School Golf Championship and grants scholarships to graduating seniors. He has been inducted into the Hawaii Golf Hall of Fame, Hawaii High School Sports Hall of Fame (2006) and Hawaii Sports Hall of Fame (2004).
