Gary Rusnak

Earned a scholarship to Marshall University after an impressive junior career and became an All-American in 1984. The following year he earned his card for what is now the Web.Com Tour before going on to play in the Asian Tour from the late 1980s to the early 1990s. Played mostly on the Web.Com Tour and was in 171 events, making 104 cuts. Had 23 top-10 finishes, the best being a runner-up in the 1993 Withe Rose Classic, 1994 Permian Basin Open and Texarkana Open. Earned a total of $311,494.
Played 31 PGA Tour events, mostly in 1996 when he qualified for the Tour, best finish T20th in 1996 B.C. Open and Kemper Open. Won the 2003 Iowa State Open.
When he turned 50 went to PGA Tour Champions Q-School at the end of 2012, finished T30th. Only has played in 8 PGA Tour Champions events; best finish was T-32nd at the 2013 Encompass Championship.
When he didn't make it on the Champions Tour he went over and got his European Senior Tour card.
2014 Notes: Played in 14 events and was in the top-10 three times, best finish was T-7th at the MCB Tour Championship and Dutch Senior Open. He finished 30th on the money list with Euro51,435.
2015 Notes: Played in 10 events and had one top-10, T-9th at the Acom Jersey Open. He finished 34th on the money list with Euro40,497.
2016 Notes: Played once on the European Senior Tour, finished T-51st at the WINSTONgolf Senior Open.
Presently plays in mini-tour events around Florida. Just last week won the Triv's Restaurant Cleveland Senior Open which is on the Sunbelt Senior Professional Golf Tour.
