Baiocchi (pronounced ?Bye-OCK-ee?) credits his father as the person who most influenced his career...Was a scratch player by the age of 15, was a member of the European Tour from 1971 to 1993; finishing runner-up to Seve Ballesteros on the 1977 money list. . . Competed in three Masters, represented South Africa on the World Cup in 1973, '77, '79 . . Winner of 11 events on the South African PGA Tour, including the 1980 South African PGA Championship. . . Winner of seven European Tour events, including the 1971 and '79 Swiss Open, 1976 Dutch Open, 1976 Scandinavian Open; 1979 Great Britain PGA Match Play Championship, 1983 State Express Classic and 1989 Murphy's Cup.
