Jaclyn Sweeney

Started playing golf at the age of 7. Played numerous sports in high school, including tennis, volleyball, soccer, lacrosse and basketball. Enjoys cooking and baking.
Named an AJGA honorable mention All-American selection in 2007. Played in the 2006 and 2007 U.S. Women's Amateurs.
Began collegiate career at Oklahoma State before transferring to Arizona State. While at OSU, chosen as a first-team All-American in 2008. Tabbed as the 2008 Big 12 Newcomer of the Year and a first-team All-Big 12 selection in her freshman season. Earned her first collegiate victory at the 2008 Big 12 Championship, becoming the first freshman to win that event.
Placed 11th at the 2009 NCAA Championships as a member of the Arizona State golf team that won the NCAA team title. In 2010, received NGCA Honorable Mention All-American honors and was a Golfweek third-team All-American selection. Took medalist honors at the 2009 TOPY Cup.
In 2010, turned professional in August; finished 49th at the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament, where she earned Priority List Category 20 for the 2011 LPGA season.
In 2011, played in the Avnet LPGA Classic and the ShopRite LPGA Classic.
