Ji Young Oh

Started playing golf at the age of 12. Credits her father as the individual who most influenced her career. Oh competed on the Korean National Team in 2005, and in 2006 she won six times on The Future Collegians World Tour.
In 2006, competed as an amateur at the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament and tied for ninth to earn exempt status for the 2007 LPGA season. Turned professional immediately following the final round.
In 2007, played in 22 events, best finish was sixth at the Safeway Classic Presented by Pepsi, where she carded a season-low 66 in the opening round.
In 2008, played in 29 events, became a first-time winner at the LPGA State Farm Classic. Recorded three additional top-10 finishes: a tie for eighth at the MasterCard Classic, a tie for ninth at the Grand China Air LPGA, and a tie for 10th at the Jamie Farr Owens Corning Classic.
In 2009, played in 25 events, recording her second LPGA Tour victory at the Sybase Classic, where she crossed the $1 million mark in career earnings and recorded her first LPGA career hole-in-one during the first round. Carded her career-low 65 in the third round of the Navistar LPGA Classic, when she finished tied for eighth. Also tied for sixth at the MasterCard Classic.
In 2010, played in 19 events, best finish was a tie for 12th at the Safeway Classic Presented by Coca-Cola. Tied for 31st at the RICOH Women's British Open and tied for 32nd at the P&G NW Arkansas Championship Presented by Walmart.
In 2011, played in 11 events, best finish was a T-54th at the Kia Classic.
In 2012, played in 14 events, best finish was a T-42nd at the Kingsmill Championship.
2013 Notes: In 18 events made 12 cuts, best finish was T-35th at the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship. She was 87th in earnings with $84,879.
2014 Notes: She was 73rd on the money list with $173,090 and 73rd in CME points with 16 cuts made in 25 starts. She was fifth on Tour in driving accuracy (81.8 percent). Her best week was a T-16th at the Evian Championship and the Kia Classic.
In 2015 in 13 starts, best finish is T-25th LOTTE Championship.
