Mariah Stackhouse

Stackhouse, who was introduced to the game at the age of two by her father, has won 44 championships since 2001. Former NBA player Jerry Stackhouse is a distant cousin.
Played on the victorious Georgia team at the 2009 USGA Women's State Team Championship, and also played on the team in 2007. Played in three U.S. Girls' Juniors in 2006, 2008 and 2010. Has four AJGA wins, most recently at the 2011 AJGA Exide Technology Junior Open. Won 2009 PGA Georgia Women's Open, becoming the youngest player to capture the title. Also in 2009, won Georgia 4A High School Individual Championship. Won back-to-back Georgia Women's Amateur Championships in 2008-09, and also won back to back GSGA Women's Match Play Championships in 2007-08. Her win at the GSGA Women's Match Play in 2007 made her the youngest winner in the history of the championship. Was the Georgia State Golf Association Grand Champion in 2007 and 2008 and was the Atlanta Junior Golf Association Grand Champion in 2007. Named AJGA Rolex All-American Honorable Mention in 2009 and Second-Team in 2010. Named to the Tiger Woods National Junior Golf team from 2003-08.
Member of the national honor society and was given the 2010 Clayton County NAACP Dream Keeper's Award, the 2010 Pinnacle Leadership Award, and the 2010 High School Scholar/Athlete of the Year award.
In 2014, she became the first African-American player named to the U.S. Curtis Cup team and was 2-0- 2 for the Americans in their 13-7 win over Great Britain & Ireland. A four-time All-American at Stanford who helped lead the Cardinal to the 2015 NCAA National Championship. Graduated from Stanford University in 2016 with a degree in Communications. At the end of 2016 finished in a T-21st at the LPGA Qualifying Tournament to earn Priority List Category 17 status for the 2017 LPGA Season.
2017 Notes: Played in 15 LPGA Tour events making 7 cuts with one top-ten, T-8th at the Thornberry Creek LPGA Classic. She was 114th on the money list with $81,678.
2018 Notes: Played in 26 LPGA Tour events making 20 cuts with two top-ten finishes. Her first was a T-7th at the ShopRite Classic, followed by a T-9th at the NW Arkansas Championship. Was 67th on the money list with $273,260 and 72nd in the Race to CME.
2019 Notes: Best finish T-55th at the LPGA Mediheal Championship.
