Mark R. Brown

Brown is the PGA head professional at Tam O'Shanter Club, in Brookville, New York. He has competed in six PGA Championships, three Senior PGA Championships and one U.S. Senior Open. He finished T-21st in the 2019 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship.
Finished as runner-up in three events, including the 2016 PGA Professional Championship at Turning Stone Resort and the 2000 PGA Professional Championship, where he lost a five-hole playoff to Tim Thelen at Oak Tree Golf Club, in Edmond, Oklahoma. He was a member of the 2000 and 2017 United States PGA Cup Team. Won the 1999 & 2002 New York State Open on Bethpage State Park's Black Course.
In 2008, he won the PGA Stroke Play Championship in Port St Lucie, Fla., and was elected as the 1999 Metropolitan PGA Section Player of the Year.
Metropolitan PGA Champion in 2005 and 2010. Was a three-time Metropolitan Open winner (1999, 2013, 2016).
Other titles include the 2010 Long Island Open, 2017 PGA Senior-Junior Championship (with Matt Dobyns), 2017 Taylor Made/Adidas Long Island Pro Assistant's and the 2018 PGA Four-Ball Stableford Team Championship (with Joshua Rackley).
Other notable results include T-18th in the 2017 Senior PGA Professional Championship, T-2nd at the 2001 PGA Professional Championship at Sunriver Resort in Oregon.
