Oliver Farr

Farr took his first golf swing at age 3 while his father, Graham, was practicing. His father was a PGA professional who played twice in the British Open (missing the cut in 1990 and 1993) and caddied for K.J. Choi on the PGA Tour. Born in England but claims Welsh citizenship.
During his amateur career, Farr played in the 2011 Walker Cup for Great Britain and Ireland. He finished first on the Welsh Order of Merit in 2010 and represented Wales in several other amateur team events.
He turned pro in 2011 and the next year played on the NGA Winter Professional Tour, racking up six top-40 finishes to finish 46th in the final standings.
2013 Notes: Farr finished first on the EuroPro Tour's Order of Merit. He won the 888poker.com Tour Championship and Eagle Orchid Scottish Masters at Montrose Links.
2014 Notes: Farr played in 22 Challenge Tour events, winning the Turkish Airlines Challenge and adding four additional top-four finishes. Farr earned his European Tour card for 2015 with his 10th-place finish in the European Challenge Tour Rankings.
2015 Notes: Played in 20 European Tour events making ten cuts. He was 157th in the Road to Dubai, earning euro107,771. Farr finished T-27th at the BMW PGA Championship.
2016 Notes: Back on the Challenge Tour, played in 22 events making 15 cuts with three top-ten finishes. He was 36th in the Road to Mallorca, and he earned euro59,035. He was T-2nd at the Swedish Challenge, losing a playoff to Joel Stalter. He was 5th at the KPMG Trophy, five shots back of Simon Forsstrom.
2017 Notes: Played in 22 Challenge Tour events making 14 cuts with five top-ten finishes. Was 7th in the Road to Mallorca, earning euro133,768. 2018 Notes: Back on the European Tour, played in 19 events making nine cuts with two top-ten finishes. Was 145th in the Race to Dubai, earning euro89,999. He was T-7th at the Shot Clock Masters and T-9th at the British Masters.
2019 Notes: Back on the Challenge Tour playing in 15 events making 14 cuts with six top-ten finishes. Won for the third time at the Lalla Aicha Challenge Tour, beating Jack Senior by three shots. Was T-4th at the Jordan Mixed Open and Italian Challenge Open. Also was T-5th at the Swiss Challenge and T-6th at the season-ending Challenge Tour Grand Final Was 12th in the ROad to Mallorca, earning euro92,436.
2020 Notes: Back on the European Tour, played in 19 events making nine cuts with two top-ten finishes. Was 129th in the Race to Dubai, earning euro125,338. He was T-3rd at the Hero Open, four shots back of winner Sam Horsfield.
2021 Notes: Played in 24 European Tour events making 13 cuts. Was 145th in the Race to Dubai with earnings of euro162,156. Best finish, T-11th at the ISPS Handa World Invitational.
2022 Notes: Played in 22 DP World Tour events making 11 cuts with one top-ten finish. Was 160th in the Race to Dubai, earning euro160,715. Best finish T-10th Hero Open. His dad Graham caddied for him at Final Qualifying at Hollinwell, shooting 71-72. He missed the cut at the Open.
2023 Notes: Is playing on the Challenge Tour. Was T-6th at the Duncan Taylor Black bull Challenge and The Challenge presented by KGA. He was 2nd at the LeVaudreuil Golf Challenge, just shots back of winner Darren Fichardt.
