Four-time winner on the PGA Tour Champions Tour: 2008 3M Championship, 2008 Greater Hickory Classic at Rock Barn, 2007 Dick's Sporting Goods Open, 2007 Greater Hickory Classic at Rock Barn. Finished T-28 in the 2015 Senior PGA Professional Championship. Began in golf as a caddie. Was a high school All-American selection in basketball and a member of a Colorado state high school championship team. Was a basketball standout at the University of Northern Colorado where he played for four years and a member of the school's 1,000-point club with 1,062 points. Played on both the Web.Com Tour and PGA Tour before joining the Champions Tour in 2002. Played the Web.Com Tour between 1990 and 1997 then again full time in 2001. In 258 career starts, he had 40 top-10 finishes and won three times, earning $608,704. Played on the PGA Tour in 1998 by finishing ninth on the 1997 Buy.Com Tour money list. In 77 starts on the PGA Tour, he finished in the top 10 twice, with a career-best T-7th in the 1998 United Airlines Hawaiian Open. He was conditionally exempt for the 2002 Senior season after finishing ninth at the 2001 Champions Tour qualifying tournament.
He played full-time on the Champions Tour between 2002 and 2010.
When he finished 85th on the money list in 2010, he attempted to play at the Qualifying School, but withdrew after rounds of 70-74. Between 2011 and 2014, he only made 11 starts, none in 2015.
