Rebecca Lee-Bentham

Started playing the game of golf at the age of 12 and credits her father as the person who influenced her the most.
Was a semifinalist at the 2010 British Amateur and advanced to the second round of match play at the 2009 U.S. Girls' Junior. Also played in the 2007-08 U.S. Girls' Juniors. Won the 2010 Future Links Ontario Championship and the Golf Association of Ontario's 2010 Junior Spring Classic. Was a member of the 2010 Team Canada Women's Development Squad and finished third at the 2009 Royale Cup Canadian Junior Girls. Won the 2007 Ontario Women's Amateur, becoming the youngest winner in event history.
Turned professional in November 2011 after finishing in a tie for ninth at the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament to earn Priority List Category 11 for the 2012 LPGA season.
2012 Notes: Her best finish in 14 starts was T47 at the ISPS Handa Australian Women's Open. Finished in a tie for first at the Final Qualifying Tournament to retain her status for 2013.
2013 Notes: Played in 19 events and made nine cuts, finishing 80th on the Tour money list. Recorded a career-best T11 finish at The Evian Championship. Carded her career-low 65 during the first-round of the CME Group Titleholders.
2014 Notes: In 10 events played, her best finish has been T28 at the ISPS Handa Women's Australian Open, where she finished the tournament at 2-under par. She tied for 52nd at the first event of the year, the Pure Silk-Bahamas LPGA Classic.
When she's not playing, Rebecca likes to go skiing, golfing and cook and bake. Has two siblings, Sarah and Paul. Says if she could learn to do anything, she would want to learn to speak every language in the world. The three things on her bucket list include starting her own charity to help people in third-world countries, opening her own restaurant or café in Toronto and flying her family on a trip to Korea. Claims her special talents to include drawing and coloring.
