Rory Sabbatini

2002 Notes: More than half of his season's earnings and three of his four top-10s came during a four-week stretch, capped by a T-2 at the Nissan Open.
2003 Notes: Recorded his second career win, at the FBR Capital Open. Teamed with countryman Trevor Immelman to win the World Golf Championships-World Cup at Kiawah Island, South Carolina, by four strokes over England's Justin Rose and Paul Casey.
2004 Notes: Was part of a three-man playoff with Sergio Garcia and Padraig Harrington at the Buick Classic, won by Garcia.
2005 Notes: Six top-25 finishes.
2006 Notes: In his first six events of the year didn't finish worse than 20th and had a win and two seconds.

2012 Notes: Finished 97th in the FedExCup standings and 90th on the money list, his worst finish in the six years of the FedExCup Playoffs and worst money total since joining the tour in 1999. Had two top-10s, best was T-2nd at Memorial.
2013 Notes: Made 16 of 27 cuts on Tour, with five top 10s. Finished 46th in the final FedExCup standings...Was T9th at the RBC Heritage for his first top 10 since a runner-up effort at the 2012 Memorial Tournament. Other top-10s of the year, T-7th at FedEx St. Jude Classic, T-9th at The Greenbrier Classic, T-7th at the Reno-Tahoe Open (his fourth top-10 finish of the season). Wrapped up his season with a T-8th at the Wyndham Championship to reach five top-10 finishes for the first season since 2007.
2014 Notes: Made 16 of 26 cuts, with three top-10s. Missed the cut at The Barclays to end his season at 108th in the FedExCup standings. Failed to advance to the second FedExCup Playoffs event (Deutsche Bank Championship) for the first time since the FedExCup began, in 2007. Finished T-3rd at the OHL Classic at Mayakoba, with rounds of 68-65-65-70. At the RBC Heritage, was T-9th for his fifth consecutive top-20 finish at the event (T-8th in 2009, T-14th in 2010, T-17th in 2012 and T-9th in 2013). Shot a final-round, 5-under 67 for a T-8th at the Wells Fargo Championship. It was his third top-10 finish at Quail Hollow (T-3rd in 2007 and 3rd in 2011).
2015 Notes: Played in 25 PGA Tour events making 15 cuts with four top-tens. Shot final-round 66 at at the CIMB Classic to finish T-8th. Making his 17th start at the Sony Open in Hawaii, posted rounds of 64-67-74-63 to finish 12-under 268 and T-6th (his third top-10 at the event to go with runner-up finishes in 2006 and 2008). Final-round 63 was one shy of his best score at Waialae was a closing 62 en route to a T-2nd in 2006. At The Players Championship, posted back-to-back, 3-under 69s on the weekend at TPC Sawgrass to finish T-6th with Kevin Na. Two weeks later, finished T-10th, 3 shots behind champion Chris Kirk at the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial. It was an event he won in 2007. Played in the FedExCup for the ninth straight time, playing in three of the events and finishing 65th in the rankings.
2016 Notes: Played in 20 events making 8 cuts. Best finish was T-25th at the Shriners Hospitals, he hurt his back and didn't play between the Valero Texas Open in April through the Quicken Loans in June. In May he had neck surgery to help a herniated disk in C-6, C-7. With that missed the FedExCup Playoffs for the first time, was 191st in the rankings.
2017 Notes: Played in 23 events making 13 cuts with one top-ten. That came with a T-4th finish at the Wyndham Championship. He entered the week 148th in the FedExCup race but with the good finish got up to 122nd and played at the Northern Trust, missing the cut and finishing 124th in the rankings.
2018 Notes: Played in 27 PGA Tour events making 19 cuts with one top-10. That came at the Valspar Championship, his T-5th finish was 3 shots back of winner Paul Casey. Advanced to the FedExCup Playoffs for the 11th time, ending the season at 109th in the FedExCup. At the end of the year he was awarded official citizenship to the country of Slovakia. By taking Slovak citizenship, Sabbatini could represent the country in competitions, including the 2020 Olympics.
2019 Notes: Played in 26 PGA Tour events making 212 cuts with six top-ten finishes. Was 36th in the FedExCup standings. Was T-3rd with partner Brian Gay at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans. Was T-5th at the AT&T Byron Nelson, T-6th a the Charles Schwab Challenge and T-3rd at the Rocket Mortgage Classic. Was T-6th at the Wyndham Championship. In the FedExCup playoffs was T-43rd at the Northern Trust and T-16th at the BMW Championship. At the end of the year won the QBE Shootout with partner Kevin Tway.
2020 Notes: Best finish T-21st RBC Heritage.
