Sydnee Michaels

Michaels started playing golf at age eight and enjoyed a successful collegiate career at UCLA where she recorded two wins and was a two-time NGCA All-American Second Team selection (2008, 2010). She was on the U.S. Team for the 2005 Solheim Cup and a quarter-finalist at the 2010 U.S. Women?s Amateur Championship. Also as an amateur, she competed in the 2006 Kraft Nabisco Championship and three U.S. Women?s Open Championships (2006-2008).
In August 2010, she turned professional and finished fourth on the Symetra Tour?s J Golf Race for the Card money list, earning Priority List Category nine for the 2012 LPGA season. In 2011, she notched two victories on the Symetra Tour at the Vidalia Championship and Price Chopper Tour Championship.
2012 Notes: She played in 19 events, made 13 cuts and earned $192,544 (62nd). She had one top-10 finish, a career-best seventh place at the Safeway Classic.
2013 Notes: Michaels played in 21 events, making 10 cuts with one top-10 finish. She won $107,365, which ranked 84th, and her best finish was T-8th at RR Donnelley LPGA Founders Cup.
2014 Notes: She was 74th on the LPGA money list with $170,987 and 49th in CME points with 17 cuts made in 22 starts. Her best finish was a T-18th at the Meijer Classic.
2015 Notes: She was 59th on the LPGA money list and 19th in CME points thanks to a T-7th at the CME Group Championship. Made 19 cuts in 25 starts with two top-10 finishes, including a career best T-4th at the Yokohama Tire LPGA Classic.
In 2016, best finish was T-28th at the Founders Cup.
