Tom Jenkins

Got started in golf by watching his father and older brother, played on the winning 1970 NCAA Championship team at Houston.
Played on the PGA Tour from 1973 to 1985, played in 354 events winning once (1975 IVB-Philadelphia Golf Classic), finishing runner-up twice and recording 17 top-10 finishes. Also played in 33 Web.Com Tour events, best finish was a T-9th in 1993 New England Classic.
Owns seven Champions Tour victories, most recently winning the 2006 SAS Championship.
2012 Notes: Was a two-stroke, 36-hole leader, at the Boeing Classic, but a 78 Sunday dropped him into a T-21. Played in a Sunday final grouping for the first time since the 2009 Allianz Championship. Closed with a 5-under-par 67 at the SAS Championship to finish T-10th. Teamed with Bruce Fleisher to finish T9th at the Liberty Mutual Insurance Legends of Golf.
2013 Notes: Made just 9 starts during the season, the fewest in his career and none after the 3M Championship in August. Teamed with Bruce Fleisher to T-6th in the unofficial Raphael Division at the Liberty Mutual Insurance Legends of Golf. Was also T-22nd at the Regions Tradition.
2014 Notes: Did not play an event for the first time in his career.
2015 Notes: Played in just 4 events, best finish came when he teamed with Joe Daley to a T-18th finish at the Bass Pro Shops Legends of Golf.
2016 Notes: Played in just 3 events during the year with his best finish a T-10th with teammate Jerry Smith at the Bass Pro Shops Legends of Golf.
2017 Notes: Teamed with Mark O'Meara to finish T-5th in the Bass Pro Shops Legends of Golf.
