Yueer Cindy Feng

Began playing golf at 4 and a half and credits her father for introducing her to the game of golf. Is a big Tiger Woods fan and said her most memorable golf experience is being able to play two holes with Tiger in China and then walking the last hole along with him. Also mentioned she was able to play Augusta National at age 9 as being a great moment in her career.
Started playing competitively in 2008, when she won all six of the AJGA tournaments she entered. In 2009, she won the AJGA's Thunderbird International Junior and the McDonald's Betsy Rawls Girls Championship. Also competed in the 2009 U.S. Women's Amateur Public Links, reaching the second round of match play. Named a first-team Rolex Junior All-American selection in 2009 and 2010. Won titles at the AJGA's Rolex Girls Junior Championship and the Thunderbird International Junior in 2010. Competed in the 2009 and 2010 U.S. Women's Open, but failed to make the cut in either event. Feng also competed in the 2009 and 2010 Women's Amateur, but again failed to make the cut. Participated in the 2012 Women's Amateur, where she advanced to match play but was eliminated after the round of 64. Competed in the 2009-12 Girls' Junior, advancing respectively into the rounds of 64, 32, 16 and the quarterfinals, where she lost to Lydia Ko. In 2013, she played in multiple Florida state tournaments and placed fourth in the South Atlantic Amateur and most notably was the runner up in the U.S. Women's Amateur, which marked her best finish in a USGA Championship event. She made it to Stage II of LPGA Q-School.
In 2014, Feng competes on the Symetra Tour. In the eight events she has played in this year, Feng has notched six top-five finishes, including winning the Florida's Natural Charity Classic in March with a 9-under par tournament. She also finished second in the Guardian Retirement Championship and third in the Patty Berg Memorial.
When she's not playing golf, she enjoys fishing, drawing, reading, music and art.
