Cheyenne Knight

She took up golf at age 9 because her best friend was playing in a summer golf league, and wanted to be with her friend. When Cheyenne was 12, a drunk driver killed her brother Brandon in a car accident. She said this changed her and made her more focused. She played collegiate golf at the University of Alabama, where she was a three-time all-American and the 2017 SEC Player of the Year.
2018 Notes: When the college season ended, she turned pro and played in 15 Symetra Tour events making 14 cuts with four top-ten finishes. She was 32nd on the money list with $31,163 her best finish was T-6th at the Symetra Tour Championship. At the end of the year, earned LPGA membership finishing T-27th at the LPGA Q-Series.
2019 Notes: Played in 22 LPGA Tour events making 13 cuts with one top-ten finish. She was 65th on the money list with $295,493 in earnings, she was 57th on the CME points list. Her sole top-ten finish was a win at the Volunteers of America Classic, beating Brittany Altomare and Jaye Marie Green by two shots. Her next best finish was T-29th at the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship.
2020 Notes: Played in 18 LPGA Tour events making 15 cuts with two top-ten finishes. She was 36th on the money list with $306,519 in earnings and finished 22nd on the CME points list. She finished 2nd at the Aberdeen Standard Investments Ladies Scottish Open, she lost to Stacy Lewis in a playoff with Azahara Munoz and Emily Kristine Pedersen also in the playoff. She was T-5th at the Cambia Portland Classic, two shots back of the Georgia Hall/Ashleigh Buhal playoff.
2021 Notes: Played in 27 LPGA Tour events making 12 cuts with one top-ten finish. She was 86th on the money list with $193,326 and 83rd in CME points. Only top-ten came in her first start of the season, a T-5th at the Diamond Resorts Tournament of Champions.
2022 Notes: Played in 24 LPGA Tour events, making 20 cuts with three top-ten finishes. She was 38th on the money list with $768,975 in earnings and was 43rd in CME points. She was T-11th at the LPGA Drive On Championship at Crown Colony. Her first top-ten of the year was T-4th at the Dow Great Lakes Bay Invitational with partner Elizabeth Szokol. Shot 67-67 over the weekend at the Trust Golf Women's Scottish Open to finish T-3rd, four shots back of winner Ayaka Furue. She was T-5th at the Ascendant LPGA Volunteers of America, shooting a final round 63. She ended her season, finishing T-45th at the CME Group Tour Championship.
2023 Notes: She was T-6th at the JM Eagle LA Championship. Knight was the 54-hole leader, shot 73 in the final round to finish two shots out of the playoff won by Hannah Green. She won her group in the Bank of Hope Match-Play and lost in the round of 16 Pajaree Anannarukam 3 & 2. She teamed with Elizabeth Szokol to win the Dow Great Lakes Bay Invitational for her second LPGA victory. They called themselves the Elizabethan Knights, and shot 23-under 257 to beat Kelly Tan and Matilda Castren by one shot.
