Chisato Hashimoto

Began playing the game of golf around age 9 and credits her father for introducing her to the sport. Says her most memorable golf experience was when she played in he U.S. Girls Junior Tournament QCT in Kaiwai, Hawaii.
In 2013, Chisato played in a few Japan LPGA events, including the Yokohama PRGR Ladies Cup and the Daio Paper Elleair Open. She narrowly missing the cuts in those two events. Her best finish came in the Studio Alice Ladies Open, where she placed 58th.
Most recently, Hashimoto has been playing her best golf. Prior to qualifying for the U.S. Women's Open, she had two runner-up finishes in the Japan Junior Golf Tournament, where she finished +2, and the JGA Middle Japan Public Tournament, where she once again finished at +2. She also finished in fifth at the JGA Middle Japan Women's Open, where she finished the tournament at +1.
When she's not playing golf, Chisato enjoys some alone time where she can just relax and listen to music. Carded a 66 at the Gran Ciero Golf Club in Japan, which marks her career lowest 18-hole score.
