Jenny Gleason

Shot a 144 at Plantation Bay Golf & C.C. in Ormond Beach, Fla., to qualify for the 2012 U.S. Women's Open. This is her third U.S. Women's Open appearance.
Started playing golf at the age of 15. Credits her parents, especially Vincent Reid, for getting her interested in the game.
Gleason won three collegiate events while at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and was a four-time All-Southern Conference team member and a 2003 Academic All-American. She also played in the 1999 and 2003 U.S. Women's Amateur Championship and the 2003 U.S. Women's Amateur Public Links Championship.
In 2003, turned professional in August; joined the Next Generation Women's Tour and won four out of seven events.
In 2004, played on the Symetra Tour, where her best finish was a tie for sixth at the Tampa Bay's Next Generation Futures Tour Golf Classic; returned to the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament, where she tied for 42nd to earn non-exempt status for the 2005 LPGA season.
In 2005, won back-to-back titles on the Symetra Tour at the Lima Memorial Hospital Futures Classic and Michelob ULTRA Futures Charity Golf Classic in a sudden-death playoff; finished sixth on the Symetra Tour money list and tied for first in the overall statistical category of the year, winning the OSTOP award; returned to the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament, where she tied for 29th to retain non-exempt status for the 2006 LPGA season.
In 2006, competed in 11 events on the Symetra Tour; returned to the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament, where she tied for 34th to retain non-exempt status for the 2007 LPGA season.
In 2007, carded a career-low 69 in the second round of both the LPGA Corning Classic and the Navistar LPGA Classic; competed in 16 events on the Symetra Tour; won three events on the Hooter's Tour; returned to the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament, where she tied for 54th to retain non-exempt status for the 2008 LPGA season.
In 2010, finished 39th at LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament to earn Category 20 status in 2011
