Jodi Ewart Shadoff

Started playing golf at age 8. Jodi's hobbies include playing soccer, ping pong, and watching movies and reality television. Some of her biggest fears include snakes, spiders, and forgetting to sign her scorecard after an LPGA win. One fear she doesn't seem to have is sharks. In 2013 she got married to Adam Shadoff and went shark diving in a cage off the coast of South Africa during her honeymoon. Graduated from New Mexico in 2010 with a degree in Psychology.
Ewart was named to the 2008 Great Britain and Ireland Curtis Cup Team and was a two-time English Amateur champion (2008, 2009). Won the 2004 and 2005 Girls Home International in England. Won the 2006 England Northern Ladies Championship. In 2008, represented England in the World Amateur Team Championship. In 2009, she qualified for the U.S. Women's Amateur in St. Louis, advancing to the second round of match play. She was T-10th at the AIB Ladies Irish Open the same year.
At the University of New Mexico, Ewart recorded five collegiate wins, the most in program history, with at least one win per season. Won the Mountain West Conference (MWC) Championships as a freshman, sophomore, and senior. Recorded wins at the Dick McGuire Invitational and the Arizona Invitational as a junior. Was a two-time NCAA All-American (2009, 2010). She was selected to the 2009 NGCA All-American First Team. Four-time MWC Player of the Year (2007-10). Holds the school record for lowest stroke average at 73.11, 1.27 strokes ahead of the previous record.
In May 2010, she turned professional and played on the Symetra Tour. In 2010 and 2011, she recorded nine top-10 finishes, including third at the 2010 Falls Auto Group Classic. Finished tied for 33rd at the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament, where she earned Priority List Category 20 for the 2011 LPGA season.
In 2012, she played in 21 events, making 18 cuts and earning $217,439. She had two top-10 finishes, with a T-7th finish at the 2012 Kia Classic.
2013 Notes: Played in 24 events and made the cut in 21 events. Her best finish was a tie for third at the Marathon Classic. She also earned top-10 finishes at the U.S. Women's Open (T-4th), the Kraft Nabisco Championship (T-7th), and the CN Canadian Women's Open (T-10th). She finished the year with earnings of $493,091, which placed her 29th on the money list. She played in her first Solheim Cup team for Europe, had a 2-1-0 record, and beat Brittany Lincicome 3 & 2 in their singles match.
2014 Notes: She was 52nd on the money list and 59th in CME points. She made 22 cuts in 25 starts with a T-5th at the Yokohama Tire Classic. Crossed the $1 million mark in career earnings with a T-23rd finish at the Blue Bay LPGA.
2015 Notes: In 21 starts had 10 cuts and finished 98th on the money list. Jodi's best finish was T-23rd at the Yokohama Tire Classic.
2016 Notes: Played in 26 LPGA events making 25 cuts. She missed the cut in her first start of the year at the Pure Silk Bahamas LPGA Classic and made the cut in her last 25 starts of the season. Had 3 top-10s, T-2nd at the Lorena Ochoa Invitational, the T-8ths at the U.S. Women's Open, and Fubon LPGA Taiwan Championship. Competed for Team England in the UL International Crown, posting a 3-0-1 record. She was 32nd on the money list with $593,328 and 27th in CME points. She also played in four LET events, with her best finish a T-12th at the Evian Championship.
2017 Notes: Played in 26 LPGA events making 20 cuts and finishing 31st on the money list. Recorded three top-ten finishes, including a runner-up finish at the Ricoh Women's British Open, her best career finish at a major championship, and helped her cross the $2 million mark in career earnings. She also was 4th at the Manulife LPGA Classic, one shot out of the playoff. Earned a return trip to the Solheim Cup to play for the European team and had a 1-3-0 record. She lost her singles match to Lizette Salas 1 up.
2018 Notes: Played in 24 LPGA Tour events making 20 cuts with two top-ten finishes. She finished T-9th at the ANA Inspiration. Was T-7th at the Thornberry Creek LPGA. She was a member of England's team in the UL International Crown and went 2-2-0 in the matches. She finished 57th on the money list with $393,578, and she was 65th in the Race to CME.
2019 Notes: Played in 21 LPGA Tour events making 19 cuts with four top-ten finishes. She was 59th on the money list with $329,530 in earnings and was 52nd on the CME points list. She finished T-8th at the Handa Vic Open, Handa Australian Women's Open, and HSBC Women's Champions, accounting for all her best finishes for the year. A European Solheim Cup team member for a third time was 0-2-1 losing her singles match to Brittany Altomare 5 & 4.
2020 Notes: Played in 15 LPGA Tour events making 13 cuts with three top-ten finishes. She was 33rd on the money list with $356,618 in earnings and was 26th on the CME points list. She was T-10th at the ISPS Handa Women's Australian Open. After the break from COVID-19 was 5th in her first event back at the LPGA Drive On Championship Toledo, five shots back of winner Daniele Kang. The next week at the Marathon Classic, she shot a final round 67 to finish T-2nd, a shot back of winner Danielle Kang.
2021 Notes: Played in 20 LPGA Tour events making nine cuts with two top-ten finishes. She was 92nd on the CME Points list and 105th on the money list earning $116,443. She was T-9th at the LPGA MEDIHEAL Championship. Because Georgia Hall and Charley Hull opted out of playing in the Olympics, Jodi got a chance to play in the Tokyo Olympics as a member of Great Britain's women's golf team and finished T-40th. She was T-7th at the ShopRite Classic. Finished her year with a T-40th finish at the Pelican Womens Championship.
2022 Notes: Played in 25 LPGA Tour events, making 21 cuts with three top-ten finishes. She was 31st on the money list with $857,128 in earnings and was 22nd in CME Points. Finished T-5th at the Bank of Hope LPGA Match-Play, losing her quarterfinal match to Ayaka Furue in 22 holes. Shot 67-67 over the weekend to finish 3rd at the ShopRite LPGA, a shot out of the Brooke M. Henderson/Lindsey Weaver-Wright playoff. She won the LPGA Mediheal Championship for her first career win in her 246th LPGA starts. Shadoff shot 64 in round one and led wire-to-wire, finishing at 15-under 273 to beat Yuka Saso by one stroke. She finished T-15th in the season-ending CME Group Tour Championship.
2023 Notes: She was a member of England?s team at the Hanwha Lifeplus International Crown and was 0-3 in the matches. She finished T-3rd at the Dow Great Lakes Bay Invitational, with parter Emma Talley.
