NOTES â?? This Californian was low scorer in the 1999 LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament and was doing well on the LPGA Tour after a very fine amateur career. Kellee, in 1998 a member of the U.S. Curtis Cup team for the second time, has a familiar last name. Some two decades ago, her mother Jane Booth played on the U.S. Curtis Cup team three times. Kellee was also a member of the 1996 U.S. Curtis Cup team. The 1993 U.S. Girls' Junior Champion helped her Arizona State team capture the 1998 NCAA Championship. Also in 1998, she set a qualifying record at the U.S. Women's Amateur, shooting 72-66â??138 and was a member of the victorious U.S. Women's World Amateur team. In 1999, she won a Futures Tour event as an amateur. She was an Academic All-American at Arizona State. Her dad, Mike Booth, sometimes caddies for her.
