Kristyna Napoleaova

Napoleaova is a former football player of the Czech Republic women's national under-17 football team and a six-time champion of the Czech Women's U-15 and U-19 League with AC Sparta Prague. She took up golf in 2016 at the age of 20, after an injury halted her football career. She turned professional just three and a half years later, in 2020.
Kristyna attended the University of Northampton and obtained her Bacheler of Arts in Eents Management in 2018. At Northamption, she was a part of the school's tennis club and football team. She also went to the University of St. Andrew and earned her Masters of Letters in International Business in 2019.
Napoleaova joined the LET Access Series in 2020 and finished T-4th at the 2021 Flumserberg Ladies Open. In 2021, she also played in six events on the Ladies European Tour. She made her first LET cut at the Tipsport Czech Ladies Open in the week of her fifth anniversary of starting with golf.
She finished T-39th at LET Q-School to receive limited status for 2022.
2022 Notes: Played in 21 LET events making 8 cuts with 2 top-ten finishes. She was 79th in the Race to Costa Del Sol and was 54th on the money list with earnings of euro81,706. She had her breakthrough on the LET when she finished T-2nd at the Aramco Saudi Ladies International after sharing the halfway lead with eventual winner Georgia Hall. She was T-9th at the Joburg Ladies Open.
2023 Notes: Napoleaova rolled in her birdie putt on the first playoff hole to win the Amundi German Masters over Cara Gainer. The victory was a big accomplishment due to the fact that a few months earlier, she was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. Another accomplishment, the victory, came just seven years after she played golf for the first time. She was 4th at the La Sella Open, two shots back of the Nuria Iturrioz/Laura Fuenfstueck playoff.
