Ron Vlosich

Started playing golf around the age of 9 and credits his father for introducing him to the game. Says his most memorable golf experience was winning the 1972 New Mexico High School Team State Championship. Is married to his wife, Terry, and they have two kids, Annie and Daniel. Gave up his position as director of golf after 18 years at Green Gables Country Club in 2007 for a job in finance. Enjoys hiking and reading about the stock market when he's not playing golf. Has 13 career holes-in-one and once carded a 61, the lowest 18-hole score of his career.
He finished 40th at the 2007 U.S. Senior Open at Whistling Straits and also played at Sahalee in 2010. Played in the Senior PGA Championship in 2009 and 2010, tying for 69th in 2010. Competed in the 1982 U.S. Open and the 1989 PGA Championship. Won the Colorado PGA Championship in 1991, 1992 and 1993. Also won the 1980 Wyoming Open, his first event as a professional, and earned $4,600. Has been a five-time Colorado PGA Player of the Year.
Vlosich qualified for the 2014 U.S. Senior Open but missed the cut. He was inducted into the Colorado Golf Hall of Fame in 2015. Won the Colorado Four-Ball Championship and finished T-8th in the Colorado Senior PGA Professional last year.
