Tyler Duncan

Duncan's earliest golf memory was riding in a cart with grandparents with a 3-wood, 8-iron and putter. Duncan started playing golf at age 7 and says his uncle, Andrew Johnson, was his inspiration. Johnson is a past champion on the Korn Ferry Tour, having won the 2005 Cleveland Open. In addition to golf, Duncan played baseball and basketball until the eighth grade. He was Indiana Amateur champion in 2011, second-team All-Big Ten in 2012, and an Academic All-American in 2011 and 2012.
2014 Notes: Made three of five cuts, with one top-25 finish on the Korn Ferry Tour, a T-17th at the News Sentinel Open. At the end of the year, he went to Korn Ferry Tour Q-School and finished T-16th to access the 2015 Korn Ferry Tour.

2018 Notes: Played in 31 PGA Tour events, making 17 cuts with two top-10 finishes. Was 113th in the FedExCup standings. Playing as a sponsor invite and in his second career PGA Tour start at the Safeway Open, he opened with a 7-under 65 to share the 18-hole lead with Tom Hoge and eventual champion Brendan Steele. Following a 6-under 66 in the second round, he led outright by a stroke over Steele at 13-under 131. Posted a 3-over 75 in the final round to finish T-5th, four strokes behind Steele. Was T-7th at the Zurich Classic with partner Adam Schenk. Played in the FedExCup playoffs, missing the cut at the Northern Trust.
2019 Notes: Played in 29 PGA Tour events, making 17 cuts with one top-10 finish. That was a T-5th at the T&T Bryon Nelson. Finished 163rd in the FedExCup standings, sending him to the Korn Ferry Tour Finals. WIth a T-4th finish at the Korn Ferry Tour Champions, secured 12th place in the Korn Ferry Tour Finals 25 and membership on the PGA Tour for 2020.
2020 Notes: Played in 25 PGA Tour events, making 16 cuts with one top-10 finish. He was 40th in the FedExCup standings. Won the RSM Classic, defeating Webb Simpson on the second hole of a playoff.
After the COVID-19 break, his best finish was T-13th at the Wyndham Championship. In the FedExCup playoffs, was T-29th at the Northern Trust and T-48th at the BMW Championship.
