Bradshaw was born in Oswego, New York. He turned professional in 1991 and competed on the Korn Ferry Tour in 1997, 2002, 2003, and 2005. In 2003, he earned his PGA Tour card by finishing T-4th at Q-School. Bradshaw struggled in his first year on Tour and failed to retain his playing card. In 2005, Bradshaw finished 7th on the Korn Ferry Tour money list and regained a spot on the PGA Tour with a win at the 2005 Nationwide Tour Championship. In 2008, he lost to Ryan Hietala in a playoff in the Cox Classic.
Bradshaw played in his first Korn Ferry Tour event in 1996. He started playing the tour regularly in 1997, the year before 2018 Korn Ferry Player of the Year Sungjae Im was born. He has played in 193 Korn Ferry events making 112 cuts with 19 top-ten finishes. He was a regular member in 1997, 2002, '03. '05, '08, '09, '10 and 2011. His best year had to be in 2005, when he finished 7th on the money list with $266,724. In his career, he has earned $1,055,388.
Bradshaw played on the PGA Tour in 2004, '06, and 2007. He played a total of 90 events, making 42 cuts with three top-ten finishes. His career-best finish is T-4th at the 2006 B.C. Open, he was three back of winner John Rollins. His most heart-aching moment came in the 2007 Viking Open; he led after the 2nd and 3rd rounds but shot 75 in the final round to finish T-5th, three back of winner Chad Campbell.
Bradshaw tried to get back on the Korn Ferry Tour, going to the qualifying tournament just about every year, including in 2018, at the age of 49. He did get conditional status for the 2017 season, but soon after, his right shoulder locked up, and he had to undergo surgery and was out for the year.
So when he turned 50 in 2019, it was a chance to try and qualify for the PGA Tour Champions. That first try in December of 2019 didn't work at the finished T-21st. That and COVID took its toll, and he didn't get to play in his first Champions event until the 2021 Pure Insurance Open. He qualified Monday, got in, and finished T-22nd. The good news is that he returned to the PGA Tour Champions Qualifying in December, finished T-2nd, and for 2022 got full status.
2022 Notes: Played in 21 PGA Tour Champions events with two top-ten finishes. He was 55th in the Schwab Rankings and 55th on the money list with $341,625 in earnings. In his first event of the year shot 74-68-75 and finished T-38th. In his next start at the Cologuard Classic, he got his first top-ten finishing T-9th, ten shots back of winner Miguel Angel Jimenez. His next top-ten came at the Regions Tradition; he finished 8th, this time just nine shots on the winner Steve Stricker. His last event for the year was T-22nd at the Dominion Energy Charity. I went back to PGA Tour Champions Qualifying and was T-9th.
2023 Notes: Was T-6th at the Invited Celebrity Classic, four shots back of the Mark Hensby/Charlie Wi playoff.
