From 1994-2001, competed on the Evian Ladies European Tour (LET), where she won the 1997 German Open.

Amateur
Mills won three stroke-play championships as an amateur in Australia: 1991 New South Wales Stroke-Play Championship; 1992 Tasmanian Stroke-Play Championship; and 1993 Victoria Stroke-Play Championship. She represented Australia in the 1992 Espirito Santo Trophy in Vancouver, B.C., Canada, and the 1993 Queen Sirikit Cup in Perth, Australia.
