Marc Warren

Enjoyed a superb first full season on The European Tour in 2006, when he captured his maiden title at the Scandinavian Masters on his way to winning the Sir Henry Cotton Rookie of the Year. He might have thought it would have been hard to top that, but he succeeded in 2007 thanks to two glorious weekends. The first came in September, when he defeated Simon Wakefield in a playoff to win the Johnnie Walker Championship at Gleneagles, and the second came in November when, in partnership with Colin Montgomerie, he won the Mission Hills World Cup, beating the United States in a playoff to register Scotland's first success in the event.
