Clement Sordet

The Frenchman turned professional in 2015 after a successful career as an amateur when he won six times. The former Texas Tech University student enjoyed a successful first season on the European Challenge Tour, winning the Northern Ireland Open in Association with Sphere Global and Ulster Bank after playing in just his fourth start. Started the 2016 Road to Oman campaign brightly too by winning the Turkish Airlines Challenge.
2015 Notes: Played in 12 events on the Euro Challenge Tour making 8 cuts. Won the Northern Ireland Open, he finished 37th on the order of merit.
2016 Notes: Played in 18 Euro Challenge Tour events making 14 cuts. He won the Turkish Airlines Challenge and finished 25th in the Order of Merit with euro69,923.
2017 Notes: Played in 22 Euro Challenge Tour events making 17 cuts. Won twice at the Viking Challenge and NBO Golf Classic Grand Final. With the win in the last event was able to finish 2nd in the Order of Merit with euro181,312, earning him his European Tour card for 2018.
2018 Notes: Played in 27 European Tour events making 13 cuts with one top-ten. His best finish was in his first start of the year, T-10th at the UBS Hong Kong Open. Was 132nd in the Race to Dubai with euro220,027 in winnings. Went back to European Tour Q-School and finished 8th to regain his card for 2019.
2019 Notes: Was T-8th at the ISPS Handa VIc Open. Finished T-2nd at the Oman Open, made bogey on his final hole to lose to Kurt Kitayama by a shot.
