Dryburgh played in the LET Access Series in 2015, making the cut in three of four events. She played on the Symetra Tour in 2016 and 2017, making three cuts in five events in 2016 and six cuts in ten events in 2017. She played on the ALPG Tour for the 2016-17 season, notching her first professional victory at the Oatlands Ladies Pro-Am.
Dryburgh has played on the Ladies European Tour since 2016, with a best finish of T-6th at the 2017 Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Open. Finished T-13th at the 2017 LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament to earn Priority List Category 12 status for the LPGA Tour 2018 season.
2018 Notes: Played in 18 LPGA Tour events making 3 cuts. She was 148th on the money list with $20,286 in earnings. Her best finish was T-21st in the Cambia Portland Classic. Finished T23 at the inaugural LPGA Q-Series to earn Priority List Category 14 status for the 2019 season. On the LET, played in 6 events, best finish T-36th at the Andalucia Open De Espana.

2021 Notes: Played in 12 LPGA Tour events making five cuts with one top-ten finish. Finished 115th in the CME Points list and was 132nd on the money list earning $55,570. Best finish T-8th at the Cambia Portland Open. In July, Dryburgh secured her third Rose Ladies Series victory and first of the season after a dramatic finish to the latest event at JCB Golf and Country Club. On the LET, played in four events, best finish T-17th at the ISPS Handa World Invitational.
2022 Notes: Played in 25 LPGA Tour events, making 20 cuts with three top-ten finishes. She was 45th on the money list with $662,000 in earnings and was 34th in CME Points. Made it to the quarterfinals at the Bank of Hope LPGA Match-play, losing to Andrea Lee on the 20th hole to finish T-5th. It was, at the time, her best finish on the LPGA Tour. Won the Toto Japan Classic thanks to rounds of 65-65 on the weekend. Dryburgh began the final round one shot back of Momoko Ueda and with four birdies in her last six holes to completed a bogey-free round and win by four shots over Kana Nagai. Was T-7th in the season-ending CME Group Tour Championship, eight shots back of the winner Lydia Ko.
2023 Notes: Best finish 8th at the Amundi Evian Championship.
