Jaime Gomez

Gomez has played on a number of professional tours. He played on the Nationwide Tour from 1991-1992 and 1994-1998. He also played on the Canadian Tour in 1999, 2001, 2005 and 2008-11.
Graduated from the Ben Hogan Tour in 1992, and his 10th-place finish on the tour money list earned him his PGA Tour card for 1993 season. His best finish was T-10th at the Freeport-McMoRan Golf Classic.
Has four professional wins. Won 1992 Ben Hogan Boise Open (now the Albertsons Boise Open presented by Kraft), totaling 11-under 202 for a one-stroke victory. Won the 2005 Corona Mazatlan Classic and 1999 Telus Calgary Open, while playing on the Canadian Tour. Won the 1996 Panama Open.
Played on the University of Houston golf squad from 1986-88 before turning professional in 1989. While at Houston, the team finished 5th at the NCAA Championship in 1986 and 10th in 1987. The team finished 2nd in the Southwest Conference in 1987. Gomez garnered all-conference honors in 1987.
He currently plays on the Adams Pro Tour. Has only played in one tournament since joining in 2016. Finished T-17th at the Walden on Lake Conroe Winter Open. He played on the APT once before in 2012, finishing T-3rd at the OK Kids Korral Championship.
At the 2017 U.S. Senior Open Gomez missed the cut by two strokes scoring a 143 in the first two rounds.
