Becomes the first Malaysian woman in five years to qualify for the U.S Women's Open. Plays on the Futures Tour; tied for second on the tour's Ladies Titan Tire Challenge in early June.
Won in her debut as a professional in the Thai LPGA Open in August 2009.
Winner of the 2003 Hong Kong MacGregor Junior Open. Three-time runner-up at the Malaysian Ladies Open (2003-2005). 2004 Asian Girls' Junior Champion. Won the 2005 Malaysian Ladies Closed Championship.
Recorded one win in collegiate competition while at Wake Forest University. Finished fifth individually at the 2009 Atlantic Coast Conference Women's Golf Championship.
Daughter of Chua Beng Yap and Ong Bee Mooi Chua.
