Johanna Gustavsson

Johanna resides in Orebro, Sweden, and began playing golf at the age of 11. Johanna has blue eyes and brown hair. When Johanna is not practicing or out on the golf course, she enjoys spending her time watching movies, TV series and reading. Johanna also enjoys spending her time in the gym to improve her fitness.
Johanna turned professional in September 2014. She finished in f4th at the Lalla Aicha Ladies European Tour School Pre-Qualifying in 2014 but narrowly missed out at the Final Stage.
In 2015, Johanna played her first season on the LET Access Series and placed 4th on the LETAS Order of Merit, securing her card for LET in 2016. Johanna claimed her first victory at the Larvik Ladies Open in a record-breaking 14-hole playoff. Johanna had a further 11 top-20 finishes during the season, including 7 top-10s. Johanna's lowest round of the season came at the CitizenGuard 24 Golf Series Hamburg Open with a final round of 68, four-under-par
In 2016, Johanna played in 12 events with a best finish of 14th in the Qatar Ladies Open.
In 2017, best finish was T-17th in the Lacoste Ladies Open de France.
In 2018, best finish was T-21st in the Jabra Ladies Open. Also earned a bronze medal representing Sweden in the inaugural European Mixed Team Golf Championships at Gleneagles.
In 2019, she played in 14 tournaments and posted three top-20 finishes, her best was T-12th at the Hero Women's Indian Open. She ended the season ranked 46th on the Order of Merit.
In 2020, Johanna enjoyed her best season to date, recording five top-20 finishes, including a career-best 7th at the Ladies Classic - Bonville. She made her first appearances at the AIG Women's Open, where she made the cut and finished 71st. She was accompanied by her Dad, Hans on the bag. Best finish for the season, T-7th at the Ladies Classic - Bonville. She finished 19th in the Race to Costa Del Sol.
2021 Notes: Played in 22 LET events making 19 cuts with two top-ten finishes. She was 23rd on the money list with euro85,995. Best finish T-7th at the Aramco Team Series Sotogrande.
2022 Notes: Played in 25 LET events making 22 cuts with 6 top-ten finishes. She was 12th on the money list with euro256,270 and 3rd on the Race to Costa del Sol. Started her LET season, finishing T-8th at the Magical Kenya Ladies Open. Finished T-2nd at the Aramco Saudi Ladies, five shots back of winner Georgia Hall. Was 2nd at the Women's NSW Open, five shots back of winner Maja Stark. She was runner-up again at the individual event of the Aramco Team Series-Bangkok, three shots back of winner Manon De Roey. She was T-3rd at the Jabra Ladies Open, three shots back of winner Tiia Koivisto. Was T-6th at the individual event of the Aramco Team Series London and 4th at the Tipsport Czech Ladies Open. Her husband, Alex Wrigley, missed the cut in The Open at St. Andrews after finishing T-3 in the Fairmont St. Andrews final qualifier. She ended the season winning the ATS-New York team competition and was T-5th in the team competition at the ATS Jeddah.
2023 Notes: She finished T-7th at the Investec SA Women's Open. She was T-4th at the Jabra Ladies Open, four shots back of winner Linn Grant. She finished T-6th at the Amundi German Masters and T-8th at the Tipsport Czech Ladies Open. The next week was 2nd at the Ladies Open by Pickala in Finland, one shot back of winner Carmen Alonso.
