Lisa McCloskey

McCloskey was runner-up at the 2010 U.S. Women's Amateur Public Links Championship. She was a medalist at the 2012 WAPL and a member of the 2012 USA Curtis Cup and World Amateur Teams. Quarterfinalist in the 2010 U.S. Women's Amateur Championship. Won medalist honors and advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2008 U.S. Girls' Junior. Also played in numerous other USGA events, including four U.S. Girls' Juniors and two U.S. Women's Amateurs.
Two-time All-American at Pepperdine before transferring to Southern California where she was also a two-time All-American. Had three collegiate wins at Pepperdine and was named West Coast Conference Player of the Year in 2010. Named WCC Freshman of the Year in 2009. Broke the record for lowest tournament score at Pepperdine after a bogey-free score of 199 at the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown, which she won. Tied for fourth at the 2010 Fall Preview with USC. Fired a 64 at the 2010 Edean Ihlanfeldt and broke the Trojan record for lowest round on American soil. Graduated a year early from high school and finished sixth in her graduating class. Won two class 4A state titles in her last two years of high school. Four-time AJGA Rolex junior All-American. Two-time winner of the AJGA Valero Texas Open.
Turned professional in 2013 and played in 20 events, making 14 cuts to finish 78th on the Tour money list. Recorded a career-best 19th-place finish at the Mobile Bay LPGA Classic.
Has played in 12 events thus far in 2014 and her best finish is T50 at the Kingsmill Championship.
If she wasn't a professional golfer, she would like to work in an embassy in another country. Lived in five countries growing up: Colombia, Venezuela, Abu Dhabi, Italy and the United States. Her favorite on-course snack is raw snap peas. Graduated from USC in 2012 with a degree in International Relations.
