Roman Robledo

Robledo, a Houston native, followed in his uncle Rene Rangel?s footsteps and played collegiate golf for the University of Houston Cougars. Rangel now serves as his coach. Was a three-time All-AAC selection while at Houston, where he posted three victories.
Graduated from Houston with a degree in Retailing and Consumer Sciences. Played on the Canadian Tour in 2016. Robledo would secure 1st place finish at the 2013 Conference USA Championships, the 2013 Northern Intercollegiate, the 2014 Querencia Cabo Collegiate and the 2014 Border Olympics. Before the start of his senior season, he was a quarterfinalist at the 2014 U.S. Amateur Championship at the Atlanta Athletic Club. His career bests for lowest 54 score, 204, and relative to par score, -12, helped him secure another victory at the Bayou City Collegiate Championship in February of 2014. He would become just the fifth player in school history to participate in four NCAA Regionals.
Since his college graduation in 2015, Robledo has called the Mackenzie Tour home, playing in nine events and making four cuts, including a T-29th at the 2016 ATB Financial Classic and a T-45th at the 2016 Players Cup. He currently plays on the Adams Tour in Texas.
